The customer service is terrible. I waited over 17 minutes ( #14 in the queue) and then they put me on hold and hung up on me! The staff on the phone and in person are so RUDE! I was horrified! The doctors are nice and I'm certain they would fire some of the staff if they knew! I'm looking for a new dermatologist if anyone has a recommendation!

Very disappointed with the level of service I received yesterday. Dr. rushed me through. She left the room before I was able to discuss two other issues I had. When I requested that she come back to finish, the nurse told me that she had moved onto another patient and suggested I make another appointment. Each appointment cost me $90 out-of-pocket by the way.

Dr Ettefaugh and her nurse were fantastic for my visit. Both were kind and were not rushed. I had a minor procedure completed and it was almost pain free. Both were great communicators. Very happy with the care.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Dr. Vuu was professional and listened and answered all my questions and concerns and addressed them completely. She was great! Follow up appointments was easy and I was extremely happy with my visit. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Went in for a routine skin check and Dr. E was kind and explained everything as she went. The nursing and doctoral staff was professional and a lovely bedside manner. Once back in the exam room, I was seen quickly. The only bummer was that I had to refill out more papers upon arrival even though I had filled out and signed everything online because “they need hard copies”. Seemed pointless and a waste of time. Also, there was another patient scheduled with my doctor at my exact time. I happened to have opened the door for her to enter and the other patient signed her name ahead of me which caused me to wait an additional 40 minutes after she was taken back. Wish they staggered the patients instead of booking at the same time.

Dr. Cortez is so kind and patient with my 4 year old daughter. She is friendly, professional, humble and has provided us detailed information on how to treat our daughter’s ongoing skin issues. Front office staff is helpful and professional as well. Would return in the future if needed and recommend this Dr. to friends or family! Thank you again for being so sweet with my daughter, Selah!
